Under Article XVI of the Restated Declaration, no owner may make alterations or additions to their home, Common Areas, or Limited Areas without prior written approval from the Board of Directors, acting through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
To request approval, download the Architectural Change Request Form above and submit it — along with any relevant plans, specifications, or drawings — to:

Making Changes to Your Home?
- Common lawns, landscaping, and grounds (outside the immediate perimeter of each home)
- Streets, curbs, and street lighting
- Recreational facilities (pool, tennis courts, fishing pond)
- Snow removal for streets, driveways, and walkways
- Common area taxes and casualty/liability insurance for common facilities
The Association is responsible for:
- Upkeep of their individual residence (interior, exterior, and roof)
- Sidewalks, driveways, patios, decks, and porches associated with their home
- Pools, fences, walls, grills, and outside lighting attached to their home
- Air conditioning units and utilities within their home
- Real estate taxes on their individual residence
- Homeowner's insurance and individual liability insurance
